We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative UX Research and Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is curious about user behavior, has a keen eye for design, and wishes to make a significant impact in improving product experiences. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to dive deep into applying user research methodologies to gather insights that drive product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting User Research: Lead and conduct user research sessions to understand the behaviors, needs, and motivations of our users through interviews, surveys, usability studies, and other research methodologies.
• Interviewing Users: Prepare for and facilitate user interviews
• Coordinating Research Candidates: Identify and recruit participants for user research studies, ensuring a diverse and representative sample of users.
• Documenting User Feedback: Meticulously document user feedback and insights from all research activities, translating data into actionable recommendations for the design and product development teams.
• Writing Interview Questions: Craft well-thought-out interview questions that elicit valuable insights and feedback from participants.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with Senior UX Design Manager, Chief Product Officer, and developers to share findings and integrate user-centric solutions into the product development process.
• Analyzing User Data: Analyze and synthesize user data to create compelling narratives and presentations that advocate for user needs.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field, or a recent graduate with relevant coursework or projects.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze qualitative data and synthesize user research findings.
• Collaborative Spirit: Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in UX research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop) is preferred but not required.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Passion for UX: A strong passion for user experience and making products more user-friendly and accessible.
