Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our sales pipeline. This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to break into B2B sales. As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach—to engage potential customers, generate interest, and set up meetings for our sales
team.
What You’ll Do
- Make Outbound Calls & Emails: Proactively reach out to potential customers and introduce them to Soundtrace’s solutions.
- Generate & Qualify Leads: Identify key decision-makers and assess their needs.
- Book Meetings: Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Log activities, track outreach, and maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Refine messaging, analyze outreach effectiveness, and provide feedback to improve our approach.
- Research & Target Accounts: Stay updated on industry trends and prospect new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B sales, SaaS, or industrial experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and effective in written outreach.
- A competitive and self-motivated personality with a drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable with a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
