Signature Hardware has an exciting opportunity for an IT Data Manager to join our technology team, leading our data strategy, operations, and analytics functions. The ideal candidate should have experience working in both small and large organizations as well as in matrixed, hybrid environments, with the ability to adopt new skills and process. Previous experience in a similar role, leading data process, transformation and workflow is necessary. Experience with data management in multichannel retail organizations with varying levels of data complexity is preferred.

**This is a HYBRID role, out of the Signature Hardware Erlanger, KY location, with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days per week.**

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage data strategy and business alignment.
  • Oversee data operations, process, and workflow management.
  • Develop Master Data and Analytics roadmaps.
  • Works with 3rd parties to ensure strategic alignment and optimal use of data centric platforms.
  • Drives data strategy across platforms and teams within Signature Hardware, with consideration of alignment to enterprise organization.
  • Collaborates with business and technology teams on data needs and workflow, finding opportunities to streamline and automate data between systems and teams.
  • Emphasizes accuracy and integrity in data relationships to align data inputs with expected outputs for channels, analytics, and reporting.
  • Develops data driven strategy supporting best practices for the lifecycle and syndication of products.
  • Leads governance of data process and data privacy compliance.
  • Deliver a high level of assistance to other groups to ensure data-related activities are carried out according to plan.
  • Develop knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with peers and functional SME’s.
  • Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties or functions as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the areas of: Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar.
  • Previous experience and background managing data platforms, processes, and resources with retail data experience in a multi-channel environment a plus.
  • Familiarity with data models, structures, and relational database concepts.
  • Ability to bring Industry standards and outside ideas into the organization and drive required changes.
  • Working knowledge of data management tooling and platforms (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc.)
  • Understanding of compliance and regulation of private or sensitive data.
  • Broad working knowledge of technology concepts, principles, and processes.
  • Experience working with project teams of varying size and scope.
  • Ability to work with internal resources and vendors on the same projects.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to optimally communicate in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).

Pay Range:

$6,936.00 - $12,138.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
