We are looking for a Product Data Specialist - Data Strategy to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with Excel formulas, PIM database, channel mapping, leading a small team, data integration with Salesforce, and project management skills. This is a hybrid position and the ideal candidate is local to Erlanger, Ky.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to a strategy for the development and delivery of product data to support strategic business objectives, business operations, analytics, and metrics and reporting.
• Ensures a solid grasp of the data and its use within the business and across lines of business and functions, through collaborative partnerships with multiple collaborators across the organization including IT, Product Data, Brand Marketing; and external contacts at Salsify and Salesforce.
• Provide domain expertise with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area, between Signature Hardware, Ferguson Own Brand syndication partners, and third-party software platform teams.
• Develop and maintain data management processes for streamlined speed to market through Salsify to ensure successful workflow between in-house software and syndication partners, including crafting workflow efficiencies within Salsify and Salesforce.
• General knowledge of product hierarchies, eCommerce processes, data governance, data architecture.
• Implement testing and auditing for data management.
• Lead a small team that provides support for data exports and updates, recurring Salsify and Salesforce tasks.
• Operate seamlessly within PIM/DAM system workflows and protocols.
• Lead all aspects of PIM reporting and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preference in Computer or Information Science; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of previous experience and background managing data platforms, processes, and resources with retail data experience in a multi-channel environment a plus. Experience with Salsify and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with data models, structures, and relational database concepts.
• Experience leading a small team
• Proven project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid grasp of web and ecommerce image assets and file formats
• Ability to bring Industry standards and outside ideas into the organization and drive required changes.

Pay Range:

$4,799.70 - $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
