What You’ll Do

Physna’s software engineers are developing the next-generation of 3D tools. Through recent partnerships, Physna is building an enterprise platform to streamline efficiencies in supply chains for the United States Air Force.

You are an experienced people manager and you’re comfortable getting into the weeds to solve difficult problems. You inspire others to do their best work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value strong team culture. You are an owner of your products and you have experience interacting with external stakeholders.

What We’ll Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field or equivalent directly relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing high performing full-stack engineering teams.
  • 8 years experience in full-stack engineering roles, operating very high scale systems.
  • 3 years of experience supporting an enterprise SaaS product.
  • Hands on leadership style to include coding and feature ownership.
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, on high scale production systems, including but not limited to: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#, C/C++.
  • Experience with server-side web frameworks such as Django, Flask, dotNET Core or Ruby on Rails.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web application and API design patterns and concepts.
  • Experience with micro services and event-driven architectures.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment and work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with a highly responsive, continuously releasing engineering team.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in the area of 3D/CAD/AR/VR
  • Startup experience, from early stage through to high scale
