Pantomath is a data pipeline observability and traceability platform for automating data operations and improving data reliability through automated real-time monitoring and cross-platform pipeline lineage.

The company was founded by Somesh Saxena in 2022, formerly serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at GE Aerospace. Pantomath’s customers include several F500s and large enterprises that aspired to be data-driven but struggled with bad data. Pantomath has enabled its customers to drive data reliability and trust in data across the organization through its first of its kind data pipeline observability and traceability platform.

Your Role

The Technical Program Manager plays a vital role in orchestrating the successful execution of complex technical projects at Pantomath. Reporting to the Director of Product, this position is essential in driving the alignment of technical initiatives with business goals and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.



  • Own process & coordination across all teams to ensure predictability and maximum velocity

  • Gather data to identify process breakdowns

  • Collaborate with Engineering to align on resource breakdown

  • Develop high-level project plans to give perspective to leadership on timing of work

  • Identify & communicate risks to delivery

  • Partner with Engineering Tech Leads to map dependencies across teams and projects

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement

Release Management

  • Facilitate release coordination

  • Manage and collaborate with the team for post-release prioritization of bugs


  • Assist end-users with support requests

  • Prioritize and Work with Engineering Tech Leads to triage customer support tickets & internal incidents

  • Lead the support workflow and lifecycle including the platforms and processes utilized


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar

  • 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to completion

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
