Business Development Representative
The Medality Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely with members of the Sales and Business Development teams to build the pipeline required to achieve the company’s bookings goals, while ensuring consistency with Medality’s data and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
● Cover named account list working the Top Radiology groups, Health Systems or Academically Medical Centers globally ● Work closely with your Account Executive in your region to increase lead generation and pipeline objectives ● Build out account hierarchies and maintain data accuracy for all of your designated accounts in HubSpot ● Attend territory meetings for your region and complete account stand ups to breakdown your named accounts ● Cold-call Medality prospect personas at large H/HS, AMCs, and Radiology groups ● Email Medality prospect persons at large H/HS, AMCs, and Radiology groups ● Assist in closing individual sales through our inbound channels ● Research accounts, identify key decision makers, and develop leads ● Maintain KPI’s and production quotas outlined by your manager ● Qualify scheduled opportunities for sales executives and update prospect interaction in Hubspot ● Begin certification process for demoing Medality products and conduct demos assigned to you by your Account Executive ● Have a deep understanding of Medality product capabilities and the different vendors we integrate with and their industries

Experience/Education: ● Bachelor's degree ● Previous SDR/BDR Experience
Work Skills: ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required ● Ability to deal with a fast-paced dynamic environment ● Process-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to the bookings stream of the company
