Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us find the best talent to drive our company forward.

Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from opening roles to onboarding new hires.
  • Strategize and Consult: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Implement data-driven recruitment strategies for end-to-end Talent Acquisition; source, qualify, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Diverse Hiring: Recruit for a variety of roles, including technical, sales, and leadership positions.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote the InfoTrust brand to attract top talent.
  • People Team Participation: Contribute to quarterly objectives and be an integral part of our people team.
  • Metrics Accountability: Track and be accountable for key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with all levels of stakeholders to guide and lead the recruiting process across multiple functions.
  • Office Presence: Occasionally visit the office for face-to-face meetings, brainstorming sessions, objective setting, candidate meetings, or recruiting events. Priority will be given to candidates in the Chicago or Cincinnati areas.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and insights.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Pro: Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to find top talent.
  • Cincinnati Office Visits: Ability to visit our Cincinnati office occasionally (once a month).
  • US Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the mar-tech or technology industries.
  • In-house Recruiting Experience: Proven success in in-house recruiting at mid-size and high-growth companies.
