Homeshake is a real estate startup with high growth potential. The company seeks a talented individual to lead its sales efforts as the business scales and expands into new markets.

The ideal candidate has extensive sales experience and knowledge of marketing, advertising, and referrals. He/she possesses an ability to both lead and do.

Responsibilities

• Lead all company sales efforts

• Find and convert FSBO listings to Homeshake listings

• Acquire service vendors as advertisers

• Procure homebuilders as new construction listings

• Convert leads to customers

• Identify growth opportunities to generate new customers and revenue

• Collaborate with business, operations, and product teams on strategy & tactics

• Manage and participate in home shows, lunch & learns, and other company events

• Track key performance metrics and other data to measure results

Qualifications

• Successful track record in sales

• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills

• Embraces both the challenge and unlimited possibility of a startup

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented

• B2C or B2B sales experience

• Currently lives or willing to relocate to Greater Cincinnati

Preferences

• Active real estate license in Ohio and Kentucky

• Led sales for a successful product or service

• Real estate experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, and 401(k). In addition, candidates are eligible for an equity award.

Additional Details
