HOMEE is a tech-enabled managed repair network specializing in property repair claims. At HOMEE, we are focused on bringing new solutions and processes to the claims repair space to help policyholders return to normal faster.

Role:

Quality Support Specialists are responsible for maintaining oversight of property insurance claim estimates and work closely with HOMEE Providers, the Property Claim Repair Team and Carrier Adjusters.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

· Review service provider estimates and supplements for technical and pricing accuracy within established service level agreements

· Validate proposed work is appropriate and meets industry guidelines

· Review and verify supporting documentation

· Communicate estimate revisions and requests with service providers

· Negotiate with service providers as needed

· Create and edit estimates using CoreLogic and Verisk products as needed

· Utilize third-party automated estimate review products including Validate and Xpert

· Keep systems up to date with the current assignment status

· Keep abreast of customer requirements and service level agreements

· Handle workmanship claims as needed

· Perform quality control reviews (internal & external)

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of experience in property claims adjusting, estimatics, or contracting/construction

· Experience with Verisk (Xactimate) and CoreLogic WorkSpace/Estimate platforms

· Experience with Verisk Xpert and CoreLogic Validate platforms

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with different audiences

· Sound judgement in addressing business issues

· Sense of urgency to ensure that tasks are completed on time

· Strong organization and time management skills

· Desire to seek out the most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks

· Proficient with technology, including typing and mobile apps

· Industry certifications such as IICRC, HAAG, and CPCU preferred
