We are hiring an experienced Operational CFO for a client-facing, hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH for our client. This position is ideal for a senior finance leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working with multiple growth-stage businesses.

• Act as a strategic financial partner to founders and leadership teams
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Improve financial reporting, processes, and operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support key business decisions including pricing, hiring, and investments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financials

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 15–20+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Prior experience as CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
• CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred
• Experience working with growth-stage or founder-led companies is a plus

• $65–$85 per hour (based on experience)
