SUMMARY / OUR FUTURE SALES DIRECTOR

We are seeking a Sales Director with success and experience selling solutions in the logistics and transportation space. Reporting initially to the CEO, this role will be responsible for onboarding their current book of business, the creation of new business, and leading the entire sales process from prospect identification through customer onboarding and adoption.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who is fueled by winning and is known for consistently beating quota and sharing their expertise and best practices with their peers. This individual will also possess strong relationship building and experience working with mid-market to enterprise-level customers.

This role is preferred to be located in greater Cincinnati, OH, but remote exceptions will be considered.

OBJECTIVES

  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales presentations and demos, contract negotiations, and closing the sale.
  • Execute a consistent, predictable pipeline of new business able to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with enterprise contacts, with a “keeping a customer for life” mentality.
  • Facilitate relationships between other FRAYT team members and contacts from the account. Establish FRAYT as the default expert and go-to for any last-mile construction and industrial delivery challenges.
  • Manage and accurately forecast revenue attainment across a one and three month outlook

  • A book of business and prebuilt relationships with enterprise decision makers to hit the ground running with last-mile opportunities
  • 8+ years as a top performer selling to B2B organizations in a high-growth environment in last-mile or supply chain
  • Motivated to build quickly and be rewarded for success

  • Relational, creative-critical thinker with a solution first owner mentality
