Our Future Sales HunterFRAYT is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help fuel the growth of business partnerships using our delivery platform. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person should be a "hunter" and self-starter who will build new relationships to drive growth in new customers, delivery usage, and ultimately revenue. The focus will be on identifying and converting businesses in the Mid-Market space nationally or regionally to use FRAYT for their shipping needs. This role is preferred to be located in or around one of the following areas:
  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Columbus, OH
  • Dallas or Austin, TX
Responsibilities (How you will contribute):
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed given quotas
  • Design and execute a consultative business development strategy and manage the full partnership lifecycle including: lead generation, customer acquisition, and ongoing customer utilization
  • Conduct warm and cold calls on prospective companies
  • Manage inbound opportunities, establishing communication and sales cadences appropriate for building meaningful relationships
  • Build an expertise in logistics and competitive companies, then leverage this knowledge to provide clear communications about company differentiators and competitive advantages
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to identify and execute campaigns to help achieve business goals
  • Work closely with our Technology team to determine technical plans and capabilities that cater to a prospective client's needs
  • Demonstrate key elements of our technology suite to prospective partners through face-to-face and online web demonstrations
Qualifications (What you will bring):
  • 2+ years as a top performer selling in transportation or transportation technology
  • Experience building and managing partnerships with Mid-Market organizations across a wide variety of industry verticals
  • Have a strong "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of logistics and sharing economy companies
  • Expertise in developing business cases and customizing presentations to fit targeted partnerships or industries
  • Flexibility to travel when needed for business development
  • Thrives when given autonomy and has a zero-quit mentality
  • Advanced level working in modern CRM software and diligent with data capture
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Relational, creative-critical thinker with a solution first owner mentality
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
