We move fast and are always looking to find new ways to support and empower our customers. You would not only be the face of Cloverleaf to our amazing clients but would have your hand in the strategic process of how we as a company can guide our clients to success.
REQUIREMENTS: ● Manage current and new account relationships and identify expansion opportunities. ● Create and implement new strategies to add even more value to client’s business. ● Regularly engage with clients by providing timely support and quickly resolve any user issues. ● Act as ‘project manager’ for large scale implementation and company role outs. ● Support Customer Success Manager with new clients by creating a scalable process to successfully kickoff and equip new customers.
