Who you are

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused User Success & Account Manager to drive engagement, streamline onboarding, and collaborate across teams to enhance the user experience. You will play a key role in ensuring financial advisors, estate attorneys, employers, and their clients utilize the full value of BeyondWill. Like all of our team members, you should be passionate about the need for accessible estate planning to everyone in the U.S.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or growth marketing (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or legal tech)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for customer interactions, marketing content, and team collaboration
  • Marketing & content creation: Experience with email marketing (e.g., drip campaigns), co-branded content, and customer-facing collateral
  • Project management: Ability to track onboarding processes and customer feedback systematically
  • Tech collaboration: Experience working with product or engineering teams to implement customer-driven improvements
  • Industry knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with estate planning, financial advising, or legal tech is a plus

What you’ll do

  • Oversee & track our onboarding process for customers (financial advisors, estate attorneys, employers) and users (customers’ clients, employees, individuals)
  • Act as a liaison to our customers
  • Create collateral that encourages customers’ clients to use BeyondWill
  • Create content for email drip campaigns and other co-branded marketing
  • Work with the engineering team to implement feedback and build new features customer-focused features

Position details

This position is located in Covington, KY with an option for some hybrid or remote work.
