Position Purpose:

Abre is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our Sales team as a Junior Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will support the Sales team in building client relationships, conducting product presentations, and assisting in the adoption of our solution offerings.   • Assist with Product Presentations:
    • Support senior consultants in delivering product demos and technical presentations to potential clients via web meetings, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to gather client requirements and assist in customizing presentations and proposals.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with the Sales team to set up demo sites and sandboxes for prospective clients, under the guidance of senior consultants.
    • Provide assistance to Sales leadership in developing go-to-market strategies and identifying opportunities for pipeline generation.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Learn about Abre’s products and services to become knowledgeable in presenting them effectively to clients.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance presentation skills and product knowledge.
  • Direct Engagement with School Districts:
    • Collaborate directly with school districts to understand their unique needs and challenges, particularly in relation to Student Information Systems (SIS).
    • Gain knowledge of major Student Information Systems to effectively integrate Abre’s solutions with existing systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Assist in documenting client interactions, feedback, and activities in Salesforce (CRM) for tracking and reporting purposes.
    • Support senior consultants in gathering and analyzing data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide support to current clients by addressing basic technical questions and assisting in issue resolution, under the guidance of senior consultants.
    • Assist in ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of Abre’s solutions.
  • Professional Development:
    • Create and manage professional development resources for the Sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support the continuous growth and development of the Sales team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or currently pursuing) is preferred.
  • Strong interest in technology sales and willingness to learn about Abre’s products and services.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of presentation software and technology tools.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct knowledge or experience working with major Student Information Systems (SIS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of the challenges faced by school districts.
