MetaRouter is an advanced real-time data processing platform that specializes in managing dedicated, private environments for clients and allowing our platform to operate off of received data quickly, efficiently, and securely.

We endeavor to make it simple for every organization to collect data in a 1st-Party context and carefully and compliantly route it to 3rd-Party tools or partners. By eliminating the use of 3rd-party tags and moving digital advertising and marketing server-side, our clients not only keep customer data more private and secure but also see a dramatic increase in website performance, which leads to improved SEO, better return on advertising, and increased revenue.

About The Role

MetaRouter is seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing & Campaign Manager to join our team. This fully remote role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts, contributing towards key marketing results and the optimization of campaign strategies, and crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign enablement and management, with experience in the customer data and data integration space being a significant bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions for both direct enterprise and partner channels.
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Growth Marketing: Utilize growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to improve lead acquisition and engagement
    • Implement demand generation strategies to increase MQLs and drive revenue growth.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the marketing to sales funnel.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the production of compelling marketing assets (landing pages, emails, white papers, webinars, etc.) tailored to campaign objectives.
    • Assist with the production of engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality marketing materials that support campaign initiatives.
  • Partner Campaign Strategy and Support: Assist in the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, collaborating closely to craft innovative, high-impact initiatives that drive mutual growth and maximize market visibility, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal results for both MetaRouter and its partners.
    • Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
    • Coordinate with VP of Partnerships and direct partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of joint marketing efforts..
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and drive seamless campaign execution.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support key growth targets.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline campaign execution, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth handoffs between teams for maximum impact.
  • Technical Knowledge and Experience: Utilize expertise in customer data platforms and integration tools to optimize campaigns and approaches, while staying informed on industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
    • Can clearly articulate technical concepts and leverage them to adjust campaign performance
    • Assist in creating impactful communications around partner events and strategies
    • Continuously optimize, innovate and push the boundaries of current campaigns within the market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing campaign management and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of achieving MQL targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems. Knowledge of customer data platforms and data integration technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Employment Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Fully Remote or Denver, CO
  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000
