The role

At Huel, our Procurement teams play a crucial part in the success of our supplier relationships and to help ensure we maintain this, we now have a new position available for an Procurement Associate to join us in our office in Brooklyn, NYC🗽!

In this role, you will take ownership of key raw materials and supplier relationships in the US, with a focus on implementing supply chains that work efficiently. You’ll be the first point of call for our US Procurement, ensuring that we are sourcing the right materials, negotiating prices, managing cross-functional relationships and providing support and insight on possible supply chain issues. You will be working closely with our UK Procurement team, and this role is a great opportunity to make your mark in our Operations function while shaping our US procurement in way that is efficient and effective.

The role is based in our Brooklyn office but will report to Charlotte, our Procurement Manager, based in our HQ, Tring UK.

What we're looking for in you

This role is best suited to someone with at least 1 years of experience in procurement or buying, whether that be through college, an internship or work experience. Food industry or category experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker 🤝. 

You will also be willing to work in a super fast-paced environment and as no day is the same here at Huel, you need to be adaptable and proactive with a high level of attention to detail. We are also looking for someone who is pretty savvy in Excel, good with numbers and a forward thinker 📈.

💸 A competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
