You will be working in a team geared towards various international customer markets, such as Nordics, France, Benelux, Italy and Germany.
About the role:
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from patients, healthcare providers and retailers.
- Registration and administration of customer requests as well as follow-up work
- Handling customer complaint issues
- Support the international sales team (eg inform customers about promotions and offers)
About you:
We are looking for a service minded, solution oriented and proactive person. You should have the ability to create good relations with both customers and co-workers. You are a team player with strong empathic skills who enjoy working at a high pace. You need to have an analytical and pedagogically oriented approach to provide great customer service. You enjoy working in a dynamic and multilingual environment. We also want you to have a technical interest.
We believe you have some form of higher education, with a few years of experience from customer support – preferably with technical products.
A requirement for this role, is that you communicate fluently in German and Swedish and are comfortable in communicating in English. Extra credits for any other languages!
